Curse your sudden but inevitable betrayl

I was settling in to watch Dawn of the Dead last night, wearing my zombie shirt, when I get a call from good ol' Gill. She asks me if I could go take a look at some houses, and I heartily agree. We look around, and talk, and I guess Meggers is freaking out pretty badly about finding a place. So much so that she's ready to settle for whatever. I however, remain calm, and maintain my high standards of living. We took another look at one spot, that is kinda far away from basically everything, the rent is a little high, but it is a nice place. It looks almost certain that is where we'll end up living. I'm not going to lie: it feels a little like settling to me, and if there's one thing I hate; it's zombies. But if there's two things I hate; it's zombies and settling. The other promising spot we looked at was literally a stone's throw away from fac. Well, maybe not a stone, but definitely one of those nerf footballs with a tail that Marino can throw two football fields. It's also maybe the nicest spot we've looked at. Gorgeous interior, big rooms. Unfortunately, it only has 3 rooms, so while Kate lived with us, someone would have to share a room. That's not going over so well. In addition, while we were there, 3 other groups and a guy off the street were also asking after the spot. This means that the competition is fierce, and students seem to hold no respect in renting community. Dang.
Now, the house we're probably going to get is 5 bedrooms, so when Kate moves out, we'd have two empty rooms, which is just silly. So, if anyone knows someone looking for somewhere to live in Jan., or maybe you're intrested, shout out.

Chapter 8 is coming along, but I haven't felt like writing much lately. Not sure why. It'll be up before friday for sure though.
